General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed through the seller's online shop. Deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless the seller expressly agrees to them in writing. This applies until the seller confirms this via WhatsApp.

All product images in the online shop are for illustration purposes only and are non-binding. Minor deviations in color, shape or design may occur.
The seller reserves the right to replace individual components of a set (e.g., balloons or decorative elements) with equivalent or higher-quality alternatives, provided that: the total value is maintained, the function is not impaired, no price change occurs. Optical deviations that do not significantly affect the overall impression are permissible.
By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the seller has clearly and in writing confirmed the order via WhatsApp.
All prices are final prices without value-added tax, as the seller does not charge value-added tax in accordance with § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG (small business regulation). Shipping costs are shown separately in the ordering process.
Delivery takes place by agreement within the specified delivery area. Delivery times may vary depending on the order situation. Delays caused by shipping service providers are outside the seller's responsibility.

Customers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days in accordance with the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG). Excluded from withdrawal are: personalized products, perishable goods (e.g., helium balloons due to limited float time).
The statutory warranty provisions (VGG) apply. No liability is assumed for damage caused by: improper handling, heat, cold, fire or sharp objects, incorrect storage by customers, natural fluctuations in helium float time.
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with GDPR and the privacy policy on the seller's website.
In accordance with the EU Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution, we refer to the platform of the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions provide otherwise.
